At Teak Tuning, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and accessories; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original bags with tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
